Zinc plating, or Zn/Fe plating, (or possibly Zn/Ni), belongs between standard, traditional surface treatments of metals, which can be used both as basic and final metal surface treatment.

Simply put, galvanizing is depositing metal onto metal. This is an electrolytic process, during which a layer of zinc is deposited onto electrically conductive materials, mostly steel parts (a cathode), from a simultaneously dissolving zinc anode. This creates not only an anticorrosion layer, but also a pleasantly looking finish.

Zinc galvanizing surface treatment can be applied to any electrically conductive objects, even for large-sized products. We perform both bulk (drum) and rack zinc plating. 

If required, electrolytically plated parts can be passivated (so-called chromated) and in case of need subsequently sealed by silicate paint. This enhances anti-corrosion protection of galvanized parts.
